There are many challenges facing the not-for-profit sector, not least the community’s need for support and services continuing to grow while at the same time government support is contracting.

Whitelion believes that a way to address this is to proactively seek opportunities to create greater efficiencies through partnerships, joining together with other organisations who share their vision.

Since 2011 Whitelion has undertaken two successful mergers, and using these as case studies will present our next executive webinar.  By attending this session you will:

  • understand their successful approach to the merger process
  • be able to identify key challenges when facilitating a NFP merger
  • hear first hand what Whitelion learnt and what they would do differently

Presented by Whitelion’s Founder and CEO Mark Watt and their Manager of Strategic Development, Rowena Middlemiss, this webinar is one not to be missed.

Who should attend this event?

This is a must attend event for any NFP or business leader who wants to understand the process behind NFP mergers and the potential opportunities and challenges for the NFP sector.
